Walking on the moon

Man has been fascinated with the moon throughout history. It continues to be a source of inspiration for books, movies, poetry; music, art and even food. The myths and beliefs attached to the moon have a big impact on many cultures. The phases of the moon have played and still play a major part in farming, spirituality, human and animal behaviour, sailing…the list goes on.

Who would have ever thought we could get close to the moon, let alone walk on it.
Today, 21 July in 1969 Neil Armstrong became the first man to walk on the moon. He took his first step on the moon at 02:56 UTC. Today too the last space shuttle lands on earth returning from its last mission. I am publishing this post as a tribute to ‘walking on the moon’.
This drink does have a bit of a kick, so one too many and you might just feel like you’re walking on the moon.
Enjoy!

  1. That is one cool, blue, thirst quenching drink. And what a kick to pay tribute to our moon explorers. Great post.
