No matter how much I make of this meal, it will never be enough. It’s a winner with the family. I am talking about a Creamy Potato Bake and Chicken Schnitzels. Even the doggies like to lick the cream off the plates afterwards.

Cheese and Chives Creamy Potato Bake and Crumbed Chicken Strips
It is a little time-consuming to make the schnitzels, but with the family chipping in you’ll be done in no time. I still maintain – the more love you put into your food, the tastier it is. I sometimes make chicken strips with the bits that fall off the chicken breasts and a sweet chilli sauce dip as an appetizer. This is also a very economical meal to make. It costs just under R100 to feed six people.
